3.1 Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund can only be claimed if Twills Original cannot replace the product with a fresh one. In all other cases customer will receive alternative product of the same value or store credit.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied within 7 days.

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of an exchange, the cost of return shipping for the original item is the customer's responsibility.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Provide photos and a detailed description, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund (in case of unavailability).
