Delivery Policy

 

Delivery Time:

Twills Original manages delivery through third party delivery partners. The following timeline is usually followed by the partners:

Inside Dhaka: 1-3 working days 

Outside Dhaka: 3-5 working days 

Express Delivery: Same day delivery is applicable to areas in Dhaka city only. In case of same day delivery, the product amount shall be paid in full by the customer prior to delivery and the additional delivery charge can be paid once the customer receives the product. (charge will depend on the third-party delivery partner)

Trial Delivery: For trial deliveries, delivery person will take appointment from the customer and schedule the delivery accordingly. 

Delivery Charges:

Standard Delivery Inside Dhaka: 100

Delivery Outside Dhaka: 150 Taka

Express Delivery (Same day Delivery): As per third party charges. 

Trial Delivery (Only inside Dhaka City): 200 Taka

ডেলিভারি

টুইলস অরিজিনাল তৃতীয় পক্ষ ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকে। তারা সাধারণত এই সময়সূচি অনুসরণ করে:

ঢাকার ভেতর: ১-৩ কার্যদিবস

ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩-৫ কার্যদিবস

একই দিনে ডেলিভারি: পণ্য অর্ডারের একই দিনে ডেলিভারি শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা শহরের অভ্যন্তরীণ এলাকায় প্রযোজ্য। একই দিনে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য ডেলিভারির আগেই পরিশোধ করতে হবে এবং ডেলিভারি ফি পণ্য পেয়ে পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন। (ডেলিভারি ফি এর পরিমাণ তৃতীয় পক্ষ অর্থাৎ ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের ওপর নির্ভর করবে)
